Synopsis
In 1999, Lee Jimin is a delinquent high-schooler in the quiet seaside town of Dongcho, obsessed with nothing but riding his motorcycle. After a minor crash, he “wakes” as an unfamiliar woman—only to realize it’s not a dream but a possession into the future: he has slipped into the body of a woman in 2034. The woman is Detective Han Yeoreum, who is pursuing the truth about her partner and late boyfriend, Jang Deok-su. Moving back and forth between 1999 and 2034 through these possessions, Jimin learns from the future that on December 24, 1999, a massive earthquake will strike Dongcho, causing the Dongcho nuclear plant to explode. Teaming up with his science teacher Kim Yu-sin and childhood friend Jin Sang-eun, he races to stop the disaster. As Jimin’s abilities awaken, other psychics emerge—and he begins his fight against Dream People, the shadowy force behind the coming catastrophe.
